Terms & Conditions — bat444 Platform

1. Introduction

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the bat444 platform, accessible at https://bat444.cam (the "Platform"). The Platform is operated as an English-language information and guidance service targeting users in Pakistan and other jurisdictions where access to such content is lawful.

6. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the Platform. Violation may result in immediate termination of access and, where appropriate, referral to relevant authorities:

• Misrepresenting your age, identity or jurisdiction in order to access the Platform or any content therein.
• Using the Platform to facilitate fraud, money laundering or any other criminal activity.

Upon termination, all rights granted to you under these Terms immediately cease. Termination does not affect bat444's rights to seek remedies for any breach committed prior to termination.

15. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with internationally recognised principles of contract law. bat444 does not operate under a Pakistan gambling licence and does not represent that these Terms are governed by Pakistani law specifically.

• Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall, in the first instance, be subject to good-faith negotiation between the parties.
• If a dispute cannot be resolved by negotiation within 30 days, either party may seek resolution through the dispute mechanism applicable to the jurisdiction in which bat444 is incorporated.
• Nothing in this clause shall prevent bat444 from seeking urgent injunctive relief in any competent court.
• Pakistani users are reminded that local laws — including but not limited to the Prevention of Gambling Act, 1977 — may impose additional obligations or restrictions that supersede any international terms. Users are responsible for their own legal compliance.
